For those not wishing to ride - we provide a genuine Australian Bush holiday.

For those wishing to learn farm skills - we offer a basic training course.

Background

Enjoy our tropical gardens and a dip in the swimming pool at the comfortable homestead set in 125 acres of rolling beef cattle country.

The property (AAA 3-star rated) is a working cattle and olive growing farm on the edge of 90,000 acres of State forest, just 2½ hours drive north of Brisbane (capital of Queensland).  We are half-way between Gympie and Maryborough and 7 kilometres off the main highway.

Please contact us for more specific directions.  Alternatively, take the new high-speed tilt train from Brisbane to Gympie and we will pick you up at the railway station.

Your host, Peter Coombe, has years of experience as an eventer and polocrosse player and looks forward to helping you enjoy a truly outstanding horse riding and farm experience.

Anne Coombe will ensure your stay is pleasurable with farm style meals, international cuisine, and snacks by the swimming pool.
